BPM's Recovery Room
We may have dropped the Yurt Reynolds tag from last year, mainly because we are no longer in a yurt...but Blackpool Promoting Music's Recovery Room is still very much a buzzing community area. BPM is a not for profit community music organisation based in Blackpool offering intercultural alternatives, and we are aiming to bring many strands together for BeatHerder '10.
We have forged links with Darwen Music Projects in East Lancs, Rhythmbridge in Hebden Bridge, and The Dragon Collective in Mid Wales. We are really excited to be showcasing some great music from a variety of artists and DJs along with workshops over the weekend.
We will be doing some really tasty food too, with mainly locally sourced ingredients...I read the planned menu the other day and was drooling.
Much thanks and big love to the boys at BH HQ, who will be supplying a bigger tent for us for BH'10...we hope to do you proud :D
