Fifth House are a six piece group who record for Blackburns own winterbird recordings. Fifth House make the kind of records that Nick Drake might have made had he grown up in Blackburn and spent his Saturdays at Ewood Park. Sparse, but rich, tough but fragile; they have already begun promoting their new CD "Stanzas for Sail" with supports for Blitzen Trapper, King Creasote, The Travelling Band and have confirmed shows with The Phantom Band and Django Django this summer.
