It's all about the groove.
John is a Lancashire based DJ, percussionist and occasional producer, who started DJing in 1991, doing private parties and one-offs, gradually building his skills.
His early sets were eclectic, clashing all styles, but he refined things in later years, now concentrating on the infectiously danceable place where, dance music is kissed by world music, making a world party of South American, Jamaican, African, US and European Jazz, House, Bass, Electro and Electro Swing.
Co-founder of Blackpool's Fusion Fridays from '07-'10 (monthly World Groove event), and now Speakeasy, he also regularly plays a number of UK festivals...but of course the Perfumed Garden dome at Beat-Herder is his spiritual home.
